PADD

PADD is a term used to describe different refining regions in the US. The term was created by the US government and is the regional definition used by US government agencies when collecting and publishing industry data.
The PADD definitions are:
PADD 1 - East Coast
PADD 1-A (New England) : Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Conneticutt
PADD 1-B (Central-Atlantic): New york, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland
PADD 1-C (Lower Atlantic): West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida
PADD 2 - Midwest - North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee
PADD 3 - Gulf Coast - New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama
PADD 4 - Mountains - Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah
