Refinery history
1881 - Refinery commissioned by a group of private individuals
1913 - Refinery incorporated as Kendall Refining
1929 - Crude tower is installed
1950 - Platformer and new flare tower are added
1985 - New crude tower added
1993 - ROSE unit added (1.4 kbpd)
1997 - Acquired by Harry Halloren (for $1) and renamed American Refining
2003 - Isomerization unit added
2008 - Hydrotreater added
