2000 - MOL acquired 36.2% stake in Slovnaft, Slovakia's national oil company including the Bratislava refinery
2002 - Acquired 25% interest in INA, Croatia's national oil company, including the Rijeka refinery
2003 - MOL acquired controlling interest in Slovnaft
2007 - MOL acquired IES, including the Mantua refinery
2014 - Mantua refinery converted to products terminal
