1923 - Refinery built by Parco (Producers and Refiners Company)
1934 - Acquired by Sinclair when Parco went into receivership
1969 - Sinclair acquired by ARCO

2007 - VGO hydrotreater and hydrogen plant expanded
2018 - RDU unit added (10 kbpd)
2022 - Sinclair acquired by HollyFrontier to form HF Sinclair
