The Casper refinery is a very small, medium complexity refinery located in Casper, Wyoming in the US.
The refinery is 100% owned and operated by HF Sinclair. In 2021 Sinclair announced that the company will be acquired by HollyFrontier.
The refinery processes light sweet crude from local production and imported sweet synthetic crude from Canada.
Product is distributed to surrounding markets in Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, Nebraska, Montana, Idaho, and Utah.
