2016 - Shell sold most of its holdings in Showa Shell to Idemitsu

2017 - Motiva JV dissolved with Shell keeping Convent and Norco refineries

2019 - SASREF (Saudi Arabia) - Aramco acquired Shell's 50% interest in SASREF

2020 - Martinez (US) - Shell completed sale to PBF

2021 - Deer Park (US) - Pemex agreed to buy 50% share from Shell

2021 - Shell sold Puget Sound (US) to  HollyFrontier

2021 - Fredericia (Denmark) - Shell agreed to sell to Postlane Partners 

2022 - Shell completed sale of interest in Deer Park refinery to Pemex

2022 - Shell sold the Saraland refinery to Vertex

2024 - Shell has agreed to sell its stake in Schwedt to Prax

2024 - Shell has agreed to sell Bukom to CAPGC (JV between Glencore and Chandra Asri)
