Bakerfield is a project to convert an existing refinery to a renewable diesel plant in Bakersfield, CA in the US.
The project is being developed by Global Clean Energy.
The project is converting hydroprocessing units at the former Delek Bakersfield refinery.
Product will be renewable diesel, naphtha and LPG.
Feed will be a mix of waste fats, UCO, soybean oil, distillers corn oil, and camelina oil.
