Lake Charles (Citgo) refinery

Citgo's Lake Charles refinery is a very large, high conversion refinery located on the Calcasieu Ship Channel in West Lake, Louisana in the US.

The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Citgo (formerly a subsidiary of PDVSA).

The refinery processes heavy sour crude, primarily from Latin America.

DC-A ~54 kbpd - Foster Wheeler original design.  Revamp by Fluor Daniel using Scaltech Sludge technology.

DC-B ~Foster Wheeler original design.  Revamp by Jacobs using Scaltech Sludge technology.  

FCC - 151 kbpd

Hydrocracker - 51 kbpd

Reformer - 65 kbpd - Continuous
