Refinery history

2022 - Began production of SAF from used cooking oil

2026 - Adding 200 MW renewable power plant using solar photovotaic, to produce green hydrogen for use in the Huelva refinery and in new biofuels processing. Alter Enersun will develop the power plant and CEPSA (together with Enogas Renovable) will develop the hydrogen plant.
