1906 - Built by Lincoln Oil

1924 - Acquired by Ohio Oil (subsidiary of Marathon)

1998 - Marathon and Ashland merge operations as Marathon Ashland

1998 - Thermal cracker shut down (5 kbpd)

2005 - Marathon acquires full control

2005 - FCC gasoline hydrotreater added

2011 - Downstream business separated as Marathon Petroleum

2011 - Aromatics extraction added

2015 - Hydrocracker expansion (5 kbpd). $77MM project.

2016 - New crude unit (20 kbpd) added to process light crude. $140MM project.
