A small, medium-complexity refinery in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The refinery is owned and operated by Raizen, a 50/50 JV between Shell and Cosan.

The refinery processes primarily domestic crudes from Santa Cruz, Chubut, Tierra del Fuego, and Black River.
