Ferndale is a small, medium complexity refinery located on Puget Sound in Ferndale, Washington in the US.

The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Phillips 66.

The refinery primarily processes Alaskan and domestic crude which it can receive through a deep water port and a rail unloading terminal.

1954 - Built by General Petroleum (subsidiary of Socony)

1988 - Acquired by BP (Sohio)

1993 - Acquired by Tosco

2001 - Acquired by Phillips

2002 - Merged with Conoco to form ConocoPhillips

2012 - ConocoPhillips breaks apart businesses and Phillips 66 retains refineries

2012 - Kerosene hydrotreater shut down

2016 - Naphtha hydrotreater added
