Ferndale is a small, medium complexity refinery located on Puget Sound in Ferndale, Washington in the US.
The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Phillips 66.
The refinery primarily processes Alaskan and domestic crude which it can receive through a deep water port and a rail unloading terminal.
