The ExxonMobil Billings refinery is a small but complex refinery in Billings, Montana, in the US.
The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Par pacific.
The refinery processes both local domestic crude and heavy crude from Western Canada.

Refinery history
1949 - Refinery built by Carter Oil Company, a subsidiary of Standard Oil of New Jersey
1954 - Fluid coker added
1972 - Name changed to Exxon
1999 - Merged with Mobil to form ExxonMobil
2023 - Par Pacific acquired the refinery from ExxonMobil for $310 Million plus value of inventory
