Duqm refinery

Duqm is a new refinery in Oman.

The refinery is owned by OOC and KPC

Total project cost of $7B.

Crude is supplied from Kuwait through Kuwait's Al-Ahmadi port to the Ras Markaz terminal in Oman and then to the refinery. The refinery also uses Omani crude.

Products are primarily exported, to markets in Europe, North America and Asia.
