Express pipeline is a crude oil pipeline moving crude from Western Canada (Hardisty) to Casper Wyoming

Express is the Northen leg of the Express/Platte system.  The southern leg (Platte pipeline) carries crude on to refineries in the US Midwest (via Wood River).

The pipeline is owned and operated by Enbridge

The Express Pipeline brings a variety of light, medium and heavy crude oil from Western Canada to refiners in the U.S. Rocky Mountain states. Along its route, deliveries can be made in Montana and Wyoming, and on to connecting facilities serving Colorado and Utah.
