Wilmington (Valero) refinery
Valero's Wilmington is a small, high conversion refinery comprised of two integrated plants located 23 miles south of downtown Los Angeles in Wilmington, California in the US.
The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Valero.
The refinery processes heavy sour crude supplied by pipeline from local California production and foreign crude by water.
The refinery is a major supplier of asphalt to the Southern California market.
