Lianyungang is a new refinery being built by Shenghong Petrochemical in China.

The refinery is 55% owned by Shenghong and 45% by the Jiangsu government.

The refinery is heavily oriented to petrochemicals (69%) vs fuels (31%.

Total project cost is $11.2B

The refnery came fully onstream at the end of 2022.
