Refinery history

2025 - New resid upgrading unit commissioned using LC - max technology(resid hydrocracking with solvent deasphalting). Capcity of 3.5 mt/y.

1978 - Placed into HPCL

1976 - Refinery was nationalized

1957 - Commissioned by Caltex India with 0.675 mt/ capacity
