1995 - Acquired Corpus Christi East Plant from Kerr McGee
1998 - Acquired Rotterdam splitter from Goldman Sachs
2002 - Renamed US refining business Flint Hills Resources
2004 - Acquired North Pole refinery from Williams
2005 - Sold asphalt business to Semgroup
2015 - Shut down North Pole refinery
2017 - Sold Rotterdam splitter to Vitol
