Plaza Huincul is a small, low-complexity refinery in Neuquen, Argentina.  It supplies the Patagonia and Alto Valle regions of Argentina. There is also a methanol production facility (feedstock is natural gas) attached to the refinery.

It is 100% owned and operated by New American Refining Company.
