Ingolstadt/Vohburg/Neustadt

Bayernoil is a large, medium complexity refinery complex in north of Munich, Germany.

The refinery was formed by integrating three different plants, and ultimately shutting down one (Ingolstadt), leaving a two sites operating as an integrated plant (Vohburg and Neustadt).

The refinery is owned and operated by a partnership between Vitol (51.43% through its Varo subsidiary), Rosneft (28.57%, and Eni (20%).
