1956 - Pembroke refinery acquired by Texaco
1963 - Pascagoula refinery built by Standard Oil of Kentucky (subsidiary of SOCAL)
1969 - Commissioned Yeosu refinery (Korea) as part of GS-Caltex JV
1977 - Changed name to Chevron
1979 - Caltex acquired one third interest in Singapore Refining Company (with BP and Singapore Petroleum)
2001 - Merged with Texaco to form ChevronTexaco
2005 - Changed name to Chevron
2011 - Pembroke refinery sold to Valero
2017 - Burnaby refinery sold to Parkland
