Zhoushan refinery

Zhoushan is a very large, very complex refinery in the Zhejiang province of China.

The refinery is owned and operated by Zhejiang (ZPC), a partnership between Rongsheng (51%), Tongkun (20%), Juhua (20%) and Aramco (9%).

The refinery processes medium sour crude supplied under a term agreement by Aramco, as well as Iranian crude.

2019 - First phase of refinery commissioned with 400 kbpd capacity (2 CDUs of 200 kbpd)

2020 - Second phase commissioned adding 400 kbpd capacity
