The Par Pacific Kapolei refinery is a small, medium complexity refinery located on the island of Oahu in Kapolei, Hawaii in the US.

The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Par Pacific. 

The refinery is a major supplier of fuel oil to the local power utility.
