Refinery history

1968 - Refinery built by Total (70 kbpd)

2005 - FCC gasoline hydrotreater added

2009 - ULSD hydrotreater added, with new hydrogen production

2016 - CDU-1 and associated downstream units shut down (vacuum unit, reformer, and naphtha hydrotreater

2021 - Refinery acquired by Prax Group. Deal included Finaline pipeline and Killingholme terminal.  Also signed a long-term crude oil and feedstock supply agreement with Trafigura.

2028 - Carbon capture project planned. 1 MM tonne/year, about 85% of emissions
