The REMAN refinery in a small, medium conversion refinery located in Manaus, Amazonas in Brazil.
The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Atem.
In 2022 Petrobras agreed to sold the refinery to Atem for $257million.

2020 - Petrobras agreed to sale of REMAN refinery to Atem.
2022 - Sale to Atem completed in December, 2022.
