The REDUC refinery is a large, high conversion refinery located in the Baixada Fluminense area of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.

The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Petrobras.

The refinery is a major supplier of fuel to the Rio metro area and the largest producer of lubricants to the Brazil market.

2007 - Delayed coker added

2023 - Petrobras is planning a revamp of the refinery that will add 28 kbpd of capacity
