Takaishi refinery

The Osaka refinery was a medium sized cracking refinery located in Osaka, Japan.

The refinery was owned and operated by Osaka International Refining Company, a JV between JXTG and CNPC.

The refinery was closed in 2020 and converted to a power plant.
