Commerce City is a medium sized, high conversion refinery comprised of two integrated sites (East Plant and West Plant) located outside of Denver in Commerce City, Colorado in the US.
The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Suncor.
The refinery runs local crude from the Denver-Julesberg basin
Product are primarily sold in the local Denver market
