Benicia is a medium-sized high-conversion refinery located northeast of San Francisco on the Carquinez strait in Benicia, California, in the US.

The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Valero.

The refinery processes a mix of San Joaquin Valley, Alaskan, and imported medium sour crude oil.
