Negishi is a large complex refinery located in Yokohama outside of Tokyo, Japan.

The refinery is 100% owned and operated by Eneos.

1983 - Visbreaker commissioned

1986 - CCR and Naphtha hydrotreater commissioned

1993 - Resid hydrotreater commissioned

2010 - New CDU commissioned

2022 - 120 kbpd CDU No 1 decommissioned, along with No1 vacuum unit (32 kbpd), No 2 VDU (48 kbpd), FCC (38 kbpd), and the No 4 gasoil hydrotreater (20 kbpd).
