The plant is comprised of new pre-treatment, hydroprocessing, storage and rail facilities added to and integrated with the existing Navajo refinery
Conversion and logistics cost $350MM
Pre-treatment cost $200MM and the plant serves both the Artesia plant and the Cheyenne RD plant
Uses Alfa Laval pre-treatment technology and Haldor Topsoe Hydroflex conversion technology
