Delware City is a medium sized, high conversion refinery located on the Delaware River in Delaware City, Delaware in the US.

The refinery is 100% owned and operated by PBF.

The refinery processes a wide mix of high-sulfur crude oils.

Alkylation - 13 kbpd - Sulfuric acid - Acid regen provided onsite by Veolia's Red Lion plant
