Gdansk is a large, medium complexity refinery in Poland.

The refinery is owned by PKN (70%) and Aramco (30%).  

Crude is supplied by Aramco under a term supply agreement.

Refinery history

2022 - Refinery acquired by PKN from Grupa Lotos

2022 - Aramco acquired a 30% share in the refinery for $290 million, and signed a crude supply agreement

2025 - Plans to add a new hydrocracker for production of Group II baseoils
